Looking to sell, all or part of our business, We are a leading processor in the Water Transfer Printing industry. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am in need of investor and or working partner, I want to stay involved in day to day operations. We have many patterns to choose and our work is the best quality available. We are the only ones in our area doing this type business and are centrally located in the Heartland. Shipping and receiving is a plus for us. We have contracts in place as well as many qualified leads. There are a lot of smaller operations around but they are not set up to do commercial and or contract work on a larger scale. We also have all licenses up to date which opens the doors to OEM and Military work as well. Our customer base reaches the individual all the way to world wide manufacturing companies. Our name is becoming very well known in our industry. It is a sole proprietorship, due to some circumstances beyond my control I am looking for investor/working partner or would consider selling the business and stay on to train and work sales/marketing. All equipment and tools and machinery is top of the line and in great working condition. They are the largest pieces offered in the industry for commercial type processing. We can do small pieces all the way up to golf cart bodies and 4 wheeler body parts. We currently work with Auto interiors, rifle stocks and barrels, knives, fishing rods and many more items, some of which private line items for OEM companies.

The business is located in Ada, Ok. The 5,000 sq.ft. building is currently leased,All equipment could be relocated to your location of choice if so desired. We could crate and ship. All machinery comes from overseas. There are some smaller that are produced in U.S.A. but not to this size and specifications. All equipment goes with Business,

WE are the only ones in Oklahoma offering this process. Most of our individual business is internet based, being centrally located our shipping rates are better than a lot of places. Current negotiations, could put us in to 3/8 hour shifts and potentially 10 more employees. Endless opportunities.
